How our leadership is structured
A flat organization, in the sense that all of us are simultaneously above and below one another until you observe the org chart.
newtrawn INC is led by a triad of senior particles whose combined quantum numbers conserve charge, color, and (in most fiscal quarters) cash flow. Each leader occupies a distinct eigenstate of responsibility, and decisions are reached only once the leadership wavefunction collapses — typically around 4:45 PM, just before everyone leaves.
Unlike conventional executive teams, ours cannot all be measured at once with arbitrary precision. Pinning down exactly what one leader is doing necessarily increases your uncertainty about what the others are doing, a phenomenon we have rebranded as ‘agile’.
Dr. Charm Quark, PhD
Particle physicist by training, board-room consultant by half-life. Holds the strong-force portfolio and a Series 7 license, which is more than most hadrons can say.
VP of Particle AffairsDr. Mae Strange
Once observed a single boson without measurably disturbing it. Currently disturbing it. Inventor of the Disturbed Particle Methodology™, deployed at six Fortune 500 companies and one universe.
Director of Decay OperationsTau Lepton, MBA
Will inevitably transition into a different role within 290 femtoseconds. Currently holds 47 simultaneous titles, all of which are decaying on schedule.
Our leadership principles
- Conserve what can be conserved. Charge, momentum, and the appearance of a clear roadmap are non-negotiable.
- Embrace superposition. A decision can be both made and unmade until a stakeholder insists on looking at it.
- Decay with dignity. Every role, deliverable, and reorg has a half-life. We schedule accordingly.
- Entangle responsibly. When two teammates become correlated, updating one instantly updates the other, no email required.
"We don't have a hierarchy. We have a probability distribution, and most of the weight happens to sit on the three of us."
