Leadership

Meet the Particles

Our leadership team operates simultaneously in three reference frames. Click through for full bios, decay channels, and quote-worthy first-quarter philosophical positions.

How our leadership is structured

A flat organization, in the sense that all of us are simultaneously above and below one another until you observe the org chart.

newtrawn INC is led by a triad of senior particles whose combined quantum numbers conserve charge, color, and (in most fiscal quarters) cash flow. Each leader occupies a distinct eigenstate of responsibility, and decisions are reached only once the leadership wavefunction collapses — typically around 4:45 PM, just before everyone leaves.

Unlike conventional executive teams, ours cannot all be measured at once with arbitrary precision. Pinning down exactly what one leader is doing necessarily increases your uncertainty about what the others are doing, a phenomenon we have rebranded as ‘agile’.

Chief Spin Officer

Dr. Charm Quark, PhD

Particle physicist by training, board-room consultant by half-life. Holds the strong-force portfolio and a Series 7 license, which is more than most hadrons can say.

VP of Particle Affairs

Dr. Mae Strange

Once observed a single boson without measurably disturbing it. Currently disturbing it. Inventor of the Disturbed Particle Methodology™, deployed at six Fortune 500 companies and one universe.

Director of Decay Operations

Tau Lepton, MBA

Will inevitably transition into a different role within 290 femtoseconds. Currently holds 47 simultaneous titles, all of which are decaying on schedule.

Our leadership principles

"We don't have a hierarchy. We have a probability distribution, and most of the weight happens to sit on the three of us."
— newtrawn INC Leadership, in unison and slightly out of phase
Working with our team. Each particle has different half-lives and reference-frame requirements. Dr. Charm Quark is reachable on a 1.06-picosecond schedule; Dr. Mae Strange responds asynchronously after disturbing her current boson; Tau Lepton, MBA, will respond eventually, possibly as a muon.
