Our methodology is the rigorous, repeatable, and faintly unfalsifiable process by which newtrawn INC converts uncertainty into billable clarity. It rests on a single principle: any sufficiently observed business problem will collapse into a solution, provided someone is invoicing during the collapse.
The framework has five steps. Each is calibrated to a single Planck unit of meaning and has been peer-reviewed by a second observer in an inertial reference frame.

Non-local alignment

Reversible by request
Any transformation can, in principle, be reversed, though doing so requires energy we prefer to bill separately.
The engagement model
Engagements begin with a kickoff observation and proceed through weekly collapses. Each phase concludes with a checkpoint at which the project is found to be simultaneously on track and in discovery, until a sponsor measures it. Pricing follows our Heisenberg tiers, including the free Vacuum State plan for organizations wishing to observe the methodology without disturbing it.

How long is a typical engagement? Engagements last between one fiscal quarter and one Planck instant, depending on which the client measures first.
Can the process be customized? Every engagement is precision-tuned. The five steps are universal, but the order in which they collapse is yours to influence, slightly.
