Careers FAQ

Do you offer remote work? All work is remote in the sense that your exact position is never precisely known. We support fully distributed, partially observed, and superposed arrangements.
What is the interview process like? Three rounds: an observation, a collapse, and a final-round entanglement with the team. We can determine either your salary or your start date, never both.
Is relocation supported? Yes, across cities and Hilbert spaces. We cover moving costs for up to three reference frames.
What is your parental-decay-leave policy? Generous. New parents may decay into a lower-energy state for as long as needed and will be reconstituted via standard onboarding protocols.
