Every newtrawn INC engagement concludes with results, and most of those results are real in at least this reference frame. We present these outcomes with full transparency. Where a metric improved, we report the improvement. Where a complementary metric necessarily degraded — accountability, certainty, net payroll across timelines — we report that too, on the principle that you cannot sharpen one observable without blurring its conjugate.
